Recently had a new kitchen fitted by Tailormade (Royton) and we are so pleased with the end result. Would definitely recommend them. They were professional from start to finish.
We were kept informed at all times and any queries were dealt with straight away. Everyone involved was punctual and hard working.
A huge thank you to Katie in the showroom who gave us some great ideas, Chris G who was very patient and helpful and never more than a phone call away, Kieran the plasterer who did a wonderful glass finish, Chris the electrician ...love the black sockets and Murray the fitter who did a fantastic job.

EXTREMELY HAPPY SO FAR
We contacted Tailormade on Bank Holiday when they were closed. That evening we were contacted by Chris, even though they were closed, who arranged a visit the next day.
After his visit we felt comfortable that he understood what we needed and even then received a visit later that day from a plasterer to check on things. Plans and quote were drawn up with 5 days, and after a visit to their stunning show room we are on with ordering our new Kitchen. Extremely happy so far.

WE'RE EXTREMELY HAPPY
Sharon is very personable and I found the design process extremely easy, with Sharon offering good advice until we finally agreed the finished design for our kitchen. She knew we had a budget and promised to try and make the whole project affordable to us, which she did. She even arranged some extra plastering work I requested for a reasonable additional price. The fitters were polite and approachable and tried to create a minimum of disruption whilst the job was being completed. They fitted the bulk of the kitchen and the workmanship was excellent, with them answering any of my queries as they went along. They also had limited breaks as they seemed keen to concentrate wholly on the job at hand. There were some logistical problems along the way, which did delay the completion of the work, but with the present global situation and holdups brought about by the pandemic, I expected there to be some disruption during the fitting period. Despite these problems, however, I always felt at ease with the company and I knew I could call Sharon at any time and she wouldn't ignore my calls. She always got back to me to answer any questions I had. The kitchen is fitted now and we're extremely happy with it. Having a new kitchen can be a daunting prospect and the thought of rogue kitchen companies doing shoddy work is always a major concern. I didn't have that feeling with Tailormade, even when problems arose, I trusted them enough to see the job through to the end.

We have just used Tailormade to have our Kitchen worktops replaced. We dealt with a lady called Sharon who was excellent throughout the process. She would be classed as the project manager as she dealt with whoever was needed to complete the work. We are very satisfied with all aspects of the work done. Sharon the kitchen designer listened to my ideas and came back with better ideas on how to make the most of my space. Brilliant communication throughout the process and nothing too much trouble.
Murray the kitchen fitter. He’s a Liverpool fan but can’t help that. Perfectionist. Quality of his work is brilliant. Works long days and left the house every night clean and tidy.
The quality of the work carried out by Tailormade is brilliant and I love showing off what they have done. Great value for money, easy to deal with and communication was good. Great family business and puts Royton on the map. Proud to support local business.
