While most units should fit perfectly, there’s a slight possibility that the acrylic might not be a perfect fit for the acrylic base. To address this, start by removing the brown protective layers from your acrylic pieces. If the acrylic is too thick, consider using sandpaper to gently sand the base slot for an optimal fit. If it’s slightly too thin, opt to use a small amount of glue or add a piece of clear vinyl to increase the thickness of the acrylic sign.
