Return Policy Customers can return/exchange products only if the product/s is found damaged or inconsistent with the details mentioned on the PO. To claim, the customer shall send us photographs of the damaged good/s. Photographs will be reviewed within 2-3 business days. If the claim is found to be correct the product/s should be returned to GMF head office within 5-7 business days, failing which customer will not be eligible for any replacement as delay would be considered as usage of product by customer. We will replace the product/s within 7-10 business days or as per actual production timelines mentioned on the PO, after receiving the original shipment within the mentioned time frame. Replacement would be at sole discretion of GMF after verification and the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by the company. If we are unable to replace the product due to non-availability, we will then refund the money after deducting transaction charges.
